Access Adventure Club is on a mission to connect young people with nature, to improve the wellbeing of our next generation. We predominantly achieve this through delivering our Accessible Adventures programs for young people with disabilities.

We have been in operation for 10 years and are leaders in a uniquely positioned niche that falls between outdoor education, disability support and tourism in Australia. We currently have a team of 15 full time staff and approximately 50 casual staff spread out across Australia

Role Description

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for assisting parents, guardians, and other support networks of the youth that we serve, when they enquire about our nature-based programs. Primarily, you’ll assist through phone, email and text based communication – via our CRM, which will ultimately help interested clients understand more about how our programs work and how they can use their NDIS Plans to fund their child’s participation in our programs.

In addition to phone based and computer based customer support, you’ll have the opportunity to go on a programs to see first hand how our Capacity Building programs work, as well as have opportunities to attend such in-person expos and manage some key client relationships. 

You’ll be working on our ‘Accessible Adventures’ Programs which currently run in South Australia, Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales and soon Victoria.

This additional roles have become available as we are growing our services to become the largest national NDIS provider of camps for youth with disabilities. Our Access Adventure Club brand is still new, so don’t be fooled by the new website which still needs some attention.

 
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Worked in sales previously, or is an extrovert that is purpose-driven.
  • An ability to establish a human connection on the phone with guardians, support coordinators and any other support networks of kids.
  • Reasonable and basic experience using google suite of programs and general basic administration skills.
  • A passion for the outdoors and nature.
  • Lived experience, work experience, or an understanding of working with families, youth or within the disability and care industry is a big bonus too!

These roles are advertised as part-time contract (25 hours per week) – however there is flexibility to work Saturdays if preferred.  These roles are all work-from-home, from anywhere in Australia with a solid internet connection and a quiet office space. 

Renumeration:

Made up of $70k Base Salary (full time equivalent) + uncapped commissions. A top performer should be earning an extra $20k of commissions ontop of their part time salary.
