Access Adventure Club is on a mission to help young people reconnect with nature to support their overall wellbeing. We primarily do this by running school camps for primary and high school students across Australia, partnering with Aboriginal Health Organisations and communities, and delivering tailored programs for children with special needs.

Role Description:
As a Program Lead within our All-Abilities Programs, you’ll take primary responsibility for overseeing the delivery of the camp programs assigned to you. This includes managing both the pre-program planning phase and on-ground execution of the camps.
Your role involves:
Leading a team of Administrators in the lead-up to each program, following our proven step-by-step coordination process
Travelling to and leading camp programs across South Australia and other key regions including Western Australia, Queensland, the Northern Territory, Central Australia, and Tasmania
Acting as the main point of contact for parents and guardians of participants, offering support and clear communication before and during each program
You’ll typically be responsible for coordinating one camp per month, which means you should be comfortable with traveling for 3–4 nights every four weeks to locations such as Uluru, Kangaroo Island, Rottnest Island, and other incredible destinations.
The Ideal Candidate will be:
- Highly organized, and have ability to build rapport quickly with kids and guardians
- Have a strong passion for the outdoors and positive wellbeing of young people
- Physically fit and capable
- Knowledgeable or passionate about adventure-based activities (bonuses for qualified outdoor educators)
- Have core values that are aligned with ours.
- A strong team leader
- A decent understanding of administration and Google suite of programs
- Multiple years experience in an educational style role (this could be classroom teaching, working with kids with special needs, outdoor education or something else perhaps)

To be successful in the role you must have or be willing to get:
- Working with Children’s Check or Teacher’s Registration
- Senior First Aid Certificate

The role is a fulltime contract, with an opportunity to extend. Our office is located in Everard Park, South Australia 5035.
Renumeration:
Between $70k – $80K FTE depending on experience level, plus all the perks that our full-time staff get (as listed on our careers page + a whole lot more)
