Community Support

How it works:
After each program, participants (or guardians of participants) will receive a short post-program survey. Within that survey, you can chose which of our 9 community partners you would like us to contribute to. That’s right, you read correctly! – when you fill out our post-program surveys, we will contribute $30 on your behalf to a community organisation of your choice from the list below.

Once the contribution reaches a $2,000 threshold, we’ll put that money towards sponsoring that community organisation. Each organisation may use the sponsorship in a different way, but all support worthy outcomes that benefit the young people and families we serve everyday, at Access Adventure Club.

Why are we doing this?
Your feedback is a gamechanger for us! The quality of the experience you have interacting with us (from the moment you enquire with us, up until the ‘welcome-home-hug’ after program), is incredibly important. When families and young people join our programs, there is no lock in contracts, we rely on delivering high value, high impact and high quality programs – and this is why we have a huge portion of young people coming back everytime.

We also reward our support staff, based on your feedback. We do this so that our support team members all across Australia always make sure that you, as the customer, are the priority. We back this up by linking their rewards, directly to your opinion of their performance. So, if they don’t meet the standard, please give us the feedback (it’s how we improve), and if you feel our team met your standards, then let us know and we’ll reward our staff, based on your experience.
