Program Facilitators (Support Staff)- Multiple Roles

We’re expanding our teams in Brisbane + SEQ, and greater Sydney area! To meet the incredible demand for our programs, we are officially scouting for energetic, heart-led facilitators in Brisbane and Sydney great areas, to join our crew. Our Program Facilitator roles don’t come up often, we’re hiring now due to growth in program capacity (there are more and more families that we are servicing). Good luck!

You may also apply to be part of the waitlist for SA, WA and Victoria so you can be the first in line if we have spots free up!

The Mission
As a Program Facilitator, you’re the engine behind the magic. You’ll lead the way in creating inclusive, high-energy, supportive camp experiences for participants with additional needs.

Your Impact

  • Deliver the Adventure: Take the lead in executing dynamic camp programs. From sunrise activities to evening wind-downs, you’re the face of the fun (and occasionally the pilot of our minibuses!).

  • Champion Individual Potential: Provide hands-on, personalised support for small groups, ensuring every participant feels safe, seen, and stoked to participate.

  • Co-Pilot with a Pro Team: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with a dedicated squad. We thrive on flexibility—you’ll need to pivot, adapt, and problem-solve on the fly, in our beautiful outdoor environments.

Program Chefs

We currently have a great squad, but are still accepting Expression of Interest in Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane and Sydney as roles do become available every now and then.

Key duties:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to the provided meal plan – but with your own flare of course!
  • Engage with campers and staff throughout the day, while offering simple, healthy, and enjoyable meals that brighten their day!
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety throughout all food handling processes.
  • Serve meals to campers in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Set up and clean your workstation to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen clean-up
  • Drive the company van, and sometimes the catering trailer as required for program logistics
  • Have an awesome time discovering new nature-based destinations!

Don’t take our word for it, hear from happy parents!
